Dr Piotr Goździewicz,MRICS
25 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and financing across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
He has worked with institutional funds, private equity investors, investment banks, and international REITs across all major asset classes.
He held senior positions at Cromwell / Stoneweg Property Group, BNP Paribas Real Estate, ING, and Citigroup.
He holds a PhD in Economics, graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Sebastian Bedekier
Nearly 10 years of experience in the public sector and 13 years in commercial real estate.
Director and Partner at Colliers, a global advisory firm.
He specializes in business development, client relationships, and office transactions in Poland and internationally.
Graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Swedish Institute scholar in Stockholm, and member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Justyna Kaczmarek
25 years of experience in real estate investment and fund management across Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
Since 2009 she has served as Senior Fund Manager in Germany, responsible for international portfolios investing in retail, office, and industrial & logistics real estate. Earlier in her career she worked in London in structured real estate finance.
Her expertise includes financial modelling, fund structuring, debt financing, cross-border transactions, and managing interdisciplinary teams and investor relationships.
She holds degrees in Business Administration (Germany) and International Business (Poland).
